User for power control of type "AMT" is hardcoded to "admin"

When using the power control type “AMT”, the user is hardcoded to “admin”, preventing the usage of non-admin users.

One could renamed the original “admin” user to something else, and create a new “admin” user which isn’t effectively an admin, but this would likely cause much confusion.
