Is there a way to set the default power driver? Right now after enlisting I have to manually go in and set the driver for each node to Manual. It would be really handy to set this as the default since I know my nodes will not have IPMI or similar BMC.
Having manual power control seems like a reasonable default, since it doesn’t require any parameters and you can always change it to something else later.
So far the only workaround I’ve discovered is to manually create the machines with the power setting. But this is only possible because we know the MAC addresses.
Again it would be nice to set “Manual” as the default for the self-enlisted machines. If if this needed to be done via CLI. Like you said, it doesn’t require any other parameters.
