MAAS controller Error: Mount the root '/' filesystem to be able to deploy this node

HI, am having problem with my controller, it runs fine, but under storage it says there is no filesystem to use, this is a problem since i want to register this node as Virsh node as well. Any idea how to debug this further ?

OS ubuntu 20.04
MAAS 3.2 using snap
maas (3.2/stable) 3.2.2-12005-g.f0f96fa78

Storage layout: LVM
sda 8:0 0 136.1G 0 disk
├─sda1 8:1 0 1M 0 part
├─sda2 8:2 0 2G 0 part /boot
├─sda3 8:3 0 2G 0 part [SWAP]
└─sda4 8:4 0 132.1G 0 part
└─vg0-lv–0 253:0 0 132.1G 0 lvm /

Thanks in advance.

So far i have learn that is only happens on the first node, where maas is installed after the OS, similar hardware does not have this issue when install from pxe.

@Dragnell87, I’m not sure how to piece together an answer from what you’ve said so far. I noted there’s an error at the top of the screen, saying that storage can’t be modified unless the machine is in a ready or allocated state. I’d really like to know what state this machine was in when you received this error. I need to get more information from you – can you send log files, etc? You can use this guide to help you see what it is that we probably need.
