I think I have a similar issue with this post Arm and UEFI clients dont get boot from MaaS
I can’t find documentation about redirecting to different boot files on DHCP.
MAAS is currently pointing to bootx64.efi
. How can I point it to another file?
For context, I am using amd64 boot on UEFI.
Any help is appreciated.

I never tried but I think you could manually replace the images on the racks and disable the automatic image sync to prevent your images to be replaced in case of an update
