Add support for AMD DASH of MaaS Power type

Hi, I’d like to manage a computer with Ryzen Pro series CPU by MaaS.
Ryzen Pro series CPU has remote management service “DASH” (Desktop and mobile Architecture for System Hardware) is formulated by DMTF.
Of course, Ryzen Pro series CPU is not for servers, but could you consider supporting DASH?
Or is there a way to use DASH with maas?

I believe DASH is compatible with Redfish. Could you try the Redfish power driver?

I am trying it and it does not seem to work.

I tested the dash device, can ping while off, can turn on/off accessing a little web on port 623. So, DASH seems to be working just fine.

using redfish I get an error: connection refused.
