Which actions are non-admins denied using?

I can’t seem to find any clear explanation of what actions a non-admin can take vs what an admin can take

What actions can a non-admin user NOT execute?

For example, can a non-admin user execute rescue mode for a node they have deployed?

It would be great of this was tabled in documentation somewhere.

@evan.sikorski, could you please enter a bug for this? we won’t get to it right away, but your advice is good and your observation correct. if it is in the doc, it’s certainly hard to locate.
