Using LXC on a MAAS server

Hi,
I’m trying to test a MAAS setup using LXC containers on the same machine as the MAAS daemon but have encountered problems with this.
Is this possible or should I only use the MAAS server on a separate physical machine from those it manages?

MAAS can run in an LXD container, VM, or on bare metal hardware. MAAS must have access to the network it is controlling in any situation.

We all normally test MAAS running inside containers. What sort of issues are you running into?
