Unable to upgrade MaaS from 2.8 to 2.9 (APT)

Does MaaS 2.9 have an apt file to update?

I"m trying using sudo apt-add-repository ppa:maas/2.9 but when it runs the update, I’m receiving these error.

Err:12 http://ppa.launchpad.net/maas/2.9/ubuntu bionic Release

I’m using maas 2.8 and ubuntu 18.

@djairdasilva, did you ever get this one resolved? we’re up to 3.1 now, but still following up with you, anyway.
