Unable to deploy OLE 8.9

Tried with this solution,

Still getting deployment failed for OLE 8.9
Getting this following error,

Thu, 21 Nov. 2024 19:04:30 Marking node failed - Missing kernel image ol/amd64/ga-22.04/8.9.
