Supporting devices without BMC or IPMI support

What are the options for provisioning devices that don’t support a BMC/IPMI?

I found this tutorial for rpis: https://maas.io/tutorials/build-your-own-bare-metal-cloud-using-a-raspberry-pi-cluster-with-maas#3-what-youll-need

Are there alternatives that would work with Nvidia Jetson devices? Or with intel NUCs? Does anyone have experience with those boards?

While I don’t have any experience with the boards you’ve mentioned I am wondering if things like smart plug or power relay will work for you? You can control them through MAAS Webhook power driver.
