-> doesn’t have 2.9 available in bionic PPA

-> doesn’t say anything about last supported version even shows how to upgrade
-> available in bionic snap
Is v2.9 supported in Ubuntu 18.04 with snap? whether yes or no, that should be mentioned in the snap documentation.
