Reboot failed after deploying a node

Hi, We installed MAAS 3.2.6 version on a Ubuntu server. We added a server. Commissioning and Deploying stages are done. When we tried to reboot the server, we are facing an issue. Attached is the screenshot of the same.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Can you please check if 172.16.11.60 is an address of the MAAS controller?
Also would be great if you can share a bit more information about your setup and if possible attach log files.
