After I’ve update Maas via ppa stable I’ve that, and the DHCP service is stopped. I’ve already reboot the server but nothing, any suggests? thanks

Try manually stopping and restarting services as follows

systemctl stop maas-dhcpd
systemctl stop maas-rackd
systemctl stop maas-regiond
systemctl start maas-regiond
systemctl start maas-rackd
systemctl start maas-dhcpd
