PXE boot error - TFTP Request

I have installed maas 3.3 using snap. I am using 6 Dell servers PowerEdge R250 for Juju controller, Dell (PowerEdge R840) 3 x (PowerEdge R740).
I have deployed Openstack using juju 9Dell R250). The deployment has been successful and in the lab had a power interruption , and was able to get all the servers up and running again.

The second time this happend, one of the servers (Dell R740 )could not boot and still tno PXE booting. The boot order is (1. PXE boot 2. SSD)

I have attached the log from maas UI

TFTP Request - /grub/x86_64-efi/fs.lst
TFTP Request - /grub/x86_64-efi/terminal.lst
TFTP Request - /grub/x86_64-efi/command.lst

I aslo have attached the maas-rackd, maas-regiond and maas-agent.

I have tried to update the maas from 3.3- 3.6, and I got the same results. I removed the images for 22.04 lts and dowloaded again, even the kernels.

What is of note however, I am able to use this machine on a rescue mode, but I dont know how I could repair this issue.

I’d suggest to look at the machine’s console. These logs are looking ok

@r00ta , I have done that, since It can not pass the boot stage there is no console to look at. its just stuck at the request of grub:
TFTP Request - /grub/x86_64-efi/fs.lst
TFTP Request - /grub/x86_64-efi/terminal.lst
TFTP Request - /grub/x86_64-efi/command.lst

the boot order as I mentioned is fine, PXE boots first, and also followed by SSD.
