my centos images are 7.6 when just a few hours ago they were 7.9

My centos7 images are switching to and fro from 7.6 to 7.9 and back again. I am, and we are, really confused as to how this is happening. It super borking our deploys rn.

How can I log some information to help figure this out?

@lasseg @erik-lonroth Can help run any administrative commands/log gathering against maas if needed.

Images are downloaded by MAAS using simplestreams the logs are prefixed with sstreams so a grep of regiond.log and rack.log should give you further insight.

Can you confirm which version of MAAS you’re using, and which packaging format you installed from? (e.g. 2.8.2 snap or 2.7.1 deb or …)

@sparkiegeek thank you for that … I think we just need to setup legitimate logging for our maas deploy and it will make this process far easier.

MAAS version: 2.7.3 (8291-g.384e521e6-0ubuntu1~18.04.2)
