Maas Web Ui crashes

Hello,
Whenever I try to upload a customer image in Maas, the api crashes and the website does not work for a short while. Then everything is back to normal until I try to upload a customer image again. The login of the api works without problems but the upload always aborts with a 502 error.

What can I do?
Do you know the error?
