After many hours of pulling my hair out getting ESXi/VIRSH and MaaS to coexist together, or trying to get the vmware power type to work, I gave up.
Instead, I wrote a docker container for the webhook:
ceilingduster/maas_webhook_esxi: Exactly as the name describes!
