Does anyone know how to reduce the maas cache currently mine is using over 28GB and growing

28G /var/snap/maas/common/maas/boot-resources/cache

I"m running version 3.0

Hello,

It was a busy year and an even busier year this year. I ended up re-installing the servers with larger drives, but this resulted in other problems.

  • servers that were installed using the olde MAAS have problems booting up (takes over an hour) because they are trying to talk to the old MAAS server.

@cmills, been a while. did you work this out yet?

I ended up re-installing the region and rack controllers with bigger partitions to avoid this happening again but I would like to know how to solve this if it happens again.
