'lowrite' entries in the database/size of database

I dump my database and the size is 1.2 GB. Whats more is there seems to be some ‘lowrite’ entry possibly spamming somehow … possibly this is the reason for the size. See the size and dump/restore here.

Any ideas what is going on here?
