How to set default IP mode of Network Interface?

After commisioning machine, IP mode of network interface used by pxe boot will be uncofigured.
I want IP mode to be DHCP, after commisioning.

How to set this without manual operation?

This is not possible. You should make it part of you automation built on top of maas

I want to change IP mode by MAAS API.

What I meant is that when you commission a machine all the interfaces will have the AUTO IP mode, you can’t have them set to DHCP automatically without any action. You can use the api you linked in your automation to do the job indeed
