1. Can a Region Controller also be a Rack Controller?
   1a. If not; Why isn’t it stated plainly.
   1b. If so; how do you do it with a SNAP install?
   1c. How can you tell if it’s done with a SNAP install? In the web interface, will it say “Region Controller + Rack Controller” ?
2. All of the api commands to find controllers/etc. don’t work on a snap install. Unless it’s something dumb that i’m not doing…that you’re not telling me to do b/c it’s not in the docs.
3. ALL configs and commands that are different from SNAP installs and package installs should be clearly delineated.
