Failing deployments due to Ubuntu repo avalibility

On Ubuntu 24.04 deploy attemt the installation fails and the machine is marked "Failed deployment.
In the installation output I see the following error:

        E: Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-firmware/linux-firmware_20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.19_amd64.deb  429  Too Many Requests [IP: 172.31.X.X 8000]

Might be a temporary failure from the archive. You can try to point to a mirror

How can I configure an alternative mirror for archive.ubuntu.com and security.ubuntu.com using CLI?
