Exiting rescue mode is tricky and prone to failure

There’s a bug in exiting rescue-mode such that if you don’t exit rescue-mode in the proper set of steps, your machine perpetually stays in rescue-mode. No bueno.

How can one force a release of a amachine using CLI? There doesn’t seem to be a way to do it via CLI.

You can mark the machine broken then fixed.
