Enable HA for region controllers on snap installation

Hi there,

I am looking to enable HA for the region controllers.
I know it is well documented on MAAS | How to manage controllers
But it just refers to the package installation.

We already have HA on the rack controllers, which is all done via snaps.
Your insight will be helpful and appreciated!

To enable HA for Region Controllers you need to setup and configure loadbalancer (HAProxy or Nginx).

Of course we consider that your PostgreSQL installation is also HA.
