We have installed MAAS using snap and now we are regretting following the official guide.
The built-in DNS server (built into the snap package) randomly fails because it tries to do recursion on IPv6 which we do not have in our internal network. Additionally we do operate our own DNS server. We also have internal zones configured and want the MAAS DNS server to forward all queries to that server.
Is there a way to disable recursion? Because we installed in snap, we cannot modify any of the configuration files for bind.
