I want to use a custom partition for install ubuntu
and want to use a custom partition of my previously preseed file

but don’t see any document about this

MAAS supports partitioning and there’s documentation available in https://docs.maas.io/2.5/en/installconfig-partitions, which show you how to create and format partitions.
