I’d like to know if there is any way to convert downloaded centos7 iso image to a maas-deploy compatible and upload it to snap maas; so that I can use the converted-uploaded image for centos7 deployment.

I would suggest customizing images using user_data. With user_data you can instruct cloud-init to install whatever package you want or run a script.
