Composing LXD Containers with Ubuntu MaaS 3.4

Hello,

I’m planning to use Ubuntu MaaS 3.4 to deploy Ubuntu 22.04 on physical servers for them to act as LXD Containers hosts. I’ve been able to find plenty of documentation on composing LXD Virtual Machines with MaaS, but I’m specifically interested in LXD Containers.

Does anyone have experience or resources on how to compose LXD Containers with MaaS? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

MAAS cannot manage containers as "machines. Containers are a specific technology with its own stack and design. For example, putting MAAS aside for a moment, you cannot PXE boot a container in general.
