AWS Centos Image

Hi MAAS Guys,
JUJU is using the aws defined centos image in the streams we provide to the customers as metadata for bootstrapping/adding machines [1] …

I have heard that you guys are using customized aws centos7 images for things related around charming, is that true?

If yes, could you share/give input on those aws Id’s as we might want to update our streams to use them.

MAAS’s CentOS images come from http://cloud.centos.org/centos/7/images/ and are then “MAAS-ified” and available from http://images.maas.io/ephemeral-v3/daily/centos70/

centos7 in aws…

Could you show me how that is done? @nammn or @sparkiegeek ?

I’m doing that for MAAS and LXD but I’d love to know how in AWS.
