How long does a full memory test need?
and can I just select ‘stress-ng-memory’ test before start?

3 days does seem like something went wrong. If you find the IP for the machine, you should be able to ssh to ubuntu@$IP and see what it’s doing.
But you can also select exactly which tests that should get run.
For example, in the UI, when clicking on “Test”, you can choose to run only stress-ng-memory-short.
