[2.6] can't change power parameter on deployed machine sometimes

back to 2.5 this was working well, idk this is an intended (and undocumented in changelog) change or bug.
sometimes, the save button is grey, but if I try a second time, it’s become clickable again.

when machine is in power error state (like IPMI user changed), the save button is always grey.

I saw this too, and it looks like the button becomes enabled if you provide a power MAC address, but not if you leave that field blank.
