MAAS stuck on "Queued for download" - maas-temporal error

MAAS is tracking: 3.7/stable

Small backstory: I am trying to get just the default Ubuntu image installed, because I am uploading custom RHEL images, but constantly getting architecture not found error (amd64). So I am fairly certain I just need one image downloaded on maas, but it is constantly queued for download.

I am using a proxy in the settings.

looking at journalctl -u snap.maas.pebble.service I see a maas-temporal error of 403 Forbidden, trying to download this item: http://www.w3c.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd

When trying to visit the site via my browser, it confirms the block but that URL is outdated according to the site. I have success on the updated: https://www.w3.org/TR/html401/``loose.dtd

Is there somewhere I can edit so I can point to the updated one instead?

Any exact URLs too anything related to maas image download, would be helpful so I can determine if I am getting blocked there. https://images.maas.io/ is NOT blocked. I have tried to follow the documentation to do a local image mirror, but having trouble there as well (will scan the forums on that if I cannot solve this).

Thank you

Hi there,

This seems like it’s an issue with the proxy, what do you have set up for that?

Also, can you share a little more context for the error you’re seeing in the logs? If you can, the entire traceback may be helpful.
