What's new in MAAS 2.6

The 2.6 release of MAAS offers improvements in:

    • Leverages HTTP for most of the PXE process
    • Tracks stats and metrics with prometheus

    • Employs multiple default gateways
  • Power control
    • Adds support for redfish
    • Adds support for OpenBMC
  • ESXi
    • Supports configuring datastores
    • Supports registering to vCenter
  • User experience
    • Provides a more granular boot output
    • Can dismiss/suppress failed tests
    • Can clear discovered devices
    • Can add a note to a machine
    • Can add grouping to machine listing page
